Description

Tasting: The vermilion red color is surprisingly clear. The nose releases fragrances of ripe fruits (blackcurrant and raspberries) and spices. The tannins are supple and the flesh is tender. Generous fruitiness characterizes the palate which is pleasant and very balanced with adjusted woodiness and present but refined tannins. To be enjoyed now but the tannic structure will allow it to age in a harmonious setting.

Food and Wine Pairings: Delicious on family dishes with tender and juicy meats. Perfect with game birds but also with slow-cooked rabbit dishes. Perfect with a Calvados-ripened Camembert.
